ZERO - Residential area Radlická street, Prague
(in collaboration with Tereza Svachova)
2014
This project aims to design urban planning for passive residential areas and also for a passive apartment building. The 650 000 m2 land served as a basis for a small self-sustaining town featuring or necessary community facilities. Due to ideal conditions necessary for each passive house (orientation, shade caused by third party objects) the project had to be planned in detail. The design of the house puts emphasis on efficient functionality of construction details and the elimination of all termal bridges. The whole design was based on a calculation in PHPP software.

Adaptabla Officebuilding, Scharbeutz, Germany
(in collaboration with Ali Rasoulzadegan, Svilen Valkanov)
2014
This project aims to create conditions ideal for work without modern technologies. We realised that one's well-being is often influenced by the quality of available light, good design, supply of fresh air, room temperature, and exercise. These factors were taken into account and form a philosophical basis of this administrative building with a view of the Baltic sea, located just a few kilometres from Scharbeutz and easily accessable from the nearby A1 motorway.
